Letters to Council
There have been up to 500 letter to Teignbridge Environmental Health Department requesting further information on the health risk associated with the Landfill Site at Heathfield
Of fifteen questions asked by one of the villagers about Health Risk:-
One question was answered by Teignbridge Environmental Health
One question was ignored
Four questions were referred to Viridor Waste Management Ltd ie Pennon PLC the disposer of the waste.
Seven Questions were referred to South West Water who are once again Pennon PLC.
Four questions were referred to Environmental Agency who are part of DEFR. DEFR who are the suppliers of the waste.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE to the members of the KDREAG. They believe some independent authority should be able to answer these question and take responsibility should anything go wrong.
